"The Steps of Change" is a strategy for reaching in and molding your potential.

Awareness is knowing what you want. It's being conscious about the world around you and how your environment affects you and you it.

Understanding is knowing where you've been, where you're at, and how you got there. But more importantly, it's knowing where you want to end up, and what you need to change to get there. Integrating old with new knowledge and focusing on the benefits of changing, help facilitate understanding.

The secret of positive Acceptance consist of looking for problem solutions and not placing blame, knowing that negative events that happen to you are not related to your personal worth, and believing in your self powers and abilities to respond to any situation with a winning attitude and action behaviors.

To make it all real, you need to Change behaviors that you don't want. Action really does speak louder than words. You need to write out your change goal and use "conscious choice", follow through, and practice and repetition to make any new behavior second nature.
